Fallin' Fast (Real Estate Rescue Cozy Mysteries Book 15)
By Patti Benning
Sometimes exploring the forest…
Is no walk in the park.
House flipper and amateur sleuth, Flora Abner, is more than willing to take a break from doing flooring and major systems repairs in her newest flip house when her neighbor, Beth, asks her to watch Sammy, her Basset hound, for a few days.
While on a walk through the forest with Sammy, Flora sees a man come tumbling down from a deer stand. Her impulse is to run over and see if she can help, but when she looks up, there’s someone else in the deer stand…pointing a weapon directly at her.
Running as fast as Sammy’s stumpy little legs will go, Flora hightails it out of the forest and calls the police as soon as she has locked the Basset and herself safely inside her car.
When the man who fell turns out to be dead, and the person with the weapon is nowhere to be found, Flora is in quite the pickle.
Can she zero in on the killer, before they turn their sites on her? Find out in this exciting Cozy Mystery!
