Findin' Out (Real Estate Rescue Cozy Mysteries Book 3)
By Patti Benning
It’s okay to take your shot…
But not in Flora’s neighborhood.
Ambitious renovator and amateur sleuth, Flora Abner, is replacing the siding on her house with her maybe-more-than-a-friend, Grady, and both of them are spooked when they hear a gunshot.
It’s not an unusual sound for her rural area, but the screaming that follows soon after adds an unexpected twist that brings buckets of adrenaline with it.
With no thought of their personal safety, they rush toward the area where they heard the scream to help and find that one of Flora’s neighbors has been murdered.
The most likely culprits seem to be narrowed down to his wife or their fellow neighbors… all people whom Flora has come to know and like.
Uncomfortable with the fact that she’s now in a position where it’s just smart to be suspicious of the people around her, Flora struggles to feel safe in her own house. Out of desperation for a return to normalcy, she decides to solve the case herself.
What she discovers just might shake her to her foundations. Can she crack the case and regain her serene small-town life?
