Guest House Secrets: A Humorous Cozy Mystery (Lake Michigan Seasonal House Mystery Series Book 2)
By Marcy Blesy
It’s the middle of summer in Dune Point, and the tourist season is in full swing. The Dune Point Days Festival is rocking the town, and Safia Devereaux barely has time to keep up with her growing list of seasonal-house clients.
Then, Dennis and Bruce Griffin ask Safia and the Lake Effect Ladies to prepare their guest house for summer rentals while they head off on a European cruise. With help from Lizzy, Martha Jo, and their hunky handyman Tony, Safia takes on the job.
And this time, the guest house comes with a bonus. The Ragin’ Journeymen, the festival’s headline act, are staying there.
Between keeping the rock stars happy, managing vacationers, and trying to keep Beeper out of trouble, Safia has plenty on her plate. Especially when the city decides her pot-bellied pig has no business roaming the streets.
Then someone turns up dead.
And when a second murder rocks Dune Point, Safia is caught in another investigation—with her two ex-husbands, the town’s police chief and mayor, right in the middle of it.
As Safia starts asking questions, she discovers the guest house is hiding secrets of its own. Secrets someone would kill to keep buried.
