MURDER IN DORCHESTER: Totally Addictive Cozy Murder Mystery (Massachusetts Cozy Mystery Book 6)
By Andrea Kress
A peaceful Sunday takes a tragic turn when a gravely ill man, left alone in an eerily silent house, is brutally murdered. In a shocking twist, the clumsy cop at the scene accuses the priest, who had come to administer the late rites.
To Amanda Burnside’s distress, the priest is her future brother-in-law. Her detective fiancé insists on exonerating his brother which means working with a nemesis who jumps to every wrong conclusion. Why kill a dying man? Is it for the alleged fortune in gold? And who knows where it is hidden?
There are plenty of suspects with an axe to grind and a lost treasure at stake. But as they get closer to finding the money, the murder takes on a wider, more sinister tone. And suddenly, they are embroiled in the middle of an international incident.
Follow the intrepid pair as they dodge the family issues and become drawn into something larger than they expected.
Murder in Dorchester is the sixth book in the fast-paced, 1930s whodunnit in the Massachusetts Cozy Mystery series with a plucky female sleuth.
