When Mayor Peter Parker’s twin sons decided to raise the money to build a skate park in Crystal Shores, they didn’t think that anybody in the small coastal town would go to such lengths to stop them.
The boys decided to hold a pumpkin carving competition at Halloween to raise the money they needed, and the Town rallied behind them –
