When Tessa Thompson and her niece Piper head to the Seafarer’s Festival in Rosemary Bluffs to showcase a rare diver’s mask, they expect a peaceful weekend by the coast. But as glowing footprints appear on the beach and rumors of a ghostly sea diver spread, the festival takes a dark turn.
Legend has it that Captain Blake’s spirit haunts the town, seeking revenge for his lost treasure. As yachts begin disappearing from the marina, Tessa and Piper are drawn into the mystery—despite warnings from Detective Jake Harland. With their antique at the center of the chaos, and danger lurking in every cove, the duo must uncover the truth behind the ghostly figure before the festival—and their business—is ruined.
With the help of their talkative parrot Murphy—who sometimes mimics clues and other times leads them astray—Tessa and Piper race to solve the mystery before they, too, become lost at sea.
